Château de Beaucastel is home to some of the finest Châteauneuf-du-Papes the region has to offer, made from the fruit of classic, organically-cultivated, cobblestone-strewn vineyards have not seen chemicals for nearly 50 years, and the purity of flavours of the wine is testament to the Perrin family's 'green' approach. One of the great successes of the vintage. Deep ruby/purple in colour with loads of licorice, smoked game, black cherry and blackberry fruit, along with incense and truffle, the wine has fabulous richness, high tannin, medium to full body, and beautiful length, richness and purity. (Robert Parker 2007). Drink from 2014 - 2025.
