2005 Cabernet Sauvignon, The John Forrest Collection
Velvety, rich Cabernet with notes of cassis, kirsch, roasted coffee, and liquorice. Excels with BBQ lamb.
Cheery Kiwi winemaker and micro-biologist John Forrest has assembled a range of wines reflecting his exuberant personality and ongoing quest to capture 'essence of place'; in this instance, the prized Gimblett gravels of Hawke's Bay, home to reds of profound concentration. This velvety-rich, spicy Cabernet has an involving bouquet of ripe blackcurrants, black cherries, fresh-ground coffee and liquorice. Works well with char-grilled lamb.

The Adnams Selection Fizz, Rosé Brut
Our house pink fizz from the Loire Valley, is crisp and fresh, with aromas and flavours of crushed strawberries. Made from Cabernet Franc, this has character and a touch of style.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Santa Cecilia, Central Valley
Simple but piercingly pure blackcurrant flavours. Very Chilean.
