Forrest Estate Rosé, Marlborough
Vibrant pomegranate pink, with fresh strawberry and blueberry flavours and a twist of lime. Made from Pinot Noir and Malbec.
Leaving behind careers in medicine and molecular biology, Doctors John and Brigid Forrest established Forrest Estate in Marlborough's stony Wairau River Valley in 1989. This cheery pair won a coup at their first vintage, scooping a trophy at NZ's national wine awards. Their rosé is summer incarnate. Vibrant pomegranate pink, with fresh raspberry, blueberry and redcurrant flavours and a twist of lime, made from Pinot Noir and Malbec. Deckchair wine!

The Adnams Selection Fizz, Rosé Brut
Our house pink fizz from the Loire Valley, is crisp and fresh, with aromas and flavours of crushed strawberries. Made from Cabernet Franc, this has character and a touch of style.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Santa Cecilia, Central Valley
Simple but piercingly pure blackcurrant flavours. Very Chilean.
