The Fasoli Gino family are based in the town of Soave and have produced organic wines since the 1950s. The Corte del Pozzo range has been created recently with the grapes being sourced externally. The family have chosen to work only with those vineyard owners with whom we have been working for many years, knowing people, microclimate, ground and grapes. Since the grapes come from different areas of Veneto, they have their own different characteristics. This gives them the ability to produce expressive, typical wines like this organic Prosecco, which is a frizzante-style - rather than a full-on Spumante. ORGANIC.
