This Chablis is made by Clothilde Davenne at her new domaine in Prehy. We have followed Clothilde for many years as winemaker to some of Chablis's great estates and now that she has her own domaine it was the perfect opportunity to have her make some of her splendidly mineral Chablis for Adnams.
