Bob Berton, with his greying hair tied back in a pig-tail and genial smile, looks every inch as if he belongs in an Australian vineyard. He started with vineyards in the High Eden and then expanded with the purchase of a modern winery in Yenda in the Riverina region of New South Wales. Here he combines modern technology with old fashioned techniques to produce the Berton Farms range for Adnams.
