The Pabiot family are based in Pouilly Fumé and we have followed their excellent wine for many years. They also own a small parcel of vineyards in Sancerre at 'La Mérisière' and it from the Sauvignon vines on this well-favoured site that we source this deliciously crisp and dry wine.
