Carriage
Delivery is free for orders over £50 within most parts of mainland Britain. Some special case offers may include free delivery to most parts of mainland Britain - these will be identified as such. Orders of less than £50 will incur a £1.99 delivery charge for beers, £7.50 for wines, £4.99 for kitchenware and, in the event of a mixed order, the highest of the delivery charges will be applied. A charge for delivery of en primeur orders will be levied at the time of despatch along with duty and VAT payments.

Note: We can currently only deliver within Mainland Britain.

Delivery
Our deliveries are usually made by public carrier and takes between 3 to 6 working days. It is essential to check all goods before signing for them. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write ‘Damaged' clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature, or if you have not received your wines within 10 days of ordering, please advise us by e-mail at customerservices@adnams.co.uk, or call us on 01502 727222 between 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
