Delivery & Service

Standard delivery is free for orders over £50 to Mainland Britain. Orders under £50 are subject to a £5.99 delivery charge.

Standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days. Deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next working day delivery is available for an additional charge of £7.50.
Orders must be placed before 12pm to qualify. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.

A £7.50 charge for delivery of en primeur orders will be levied at the time of dispatch along with duty and VAT payments.

Please Note: We can currently only deliver within Mainland Britain. If you live in The Highlands or Islands please contact Customer services (01502 727222 between 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday) for details of additional delivery charges and delivery schedules.

Delivery of your order

It is essential to check all goods before signing for them. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write ‘Damaged' clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature.

If you choose to not be available to sign for your order and request your parcel to be delivered to a safe place or neighbour, it is done so at your own risk and we are not liable to replace the order if it is damaged or lost.
