If you don't like anything that you buy from us, for whatever reason, return it within a month of purchase and we shall refund the cost of the item without question or delay. Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Unwanted Kitchenware & Gift products
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on that item. All returns are made by our courier.
Faulty, broken or damaged goods
If any product is faulty, or has arrived damaged or broken we can arrange for collection and replacement items at a time convenient to you.
Mis-picked and missing items
If you have received an item not on your order, or part of your order is missing we will arrange for collection and redelivery as appropriate.
Breakages or shortages must be registered with us within 24 hours of delivery
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. If you have arranged for a refund rather than an exchange or return, your payment card will be refunded within 14 working days of your goods being received by us.
Goods requested to be delivered unsigned for are left at your own risk.
Change or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order please advise us within 12 hours by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us on 01502 727222 between 9.00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Bank Holidays). Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.
