Not happy with your wine?
- Return it within a month.
- Receive a full refund.
If you don't like any wine that you buy from us, for whatever reason, return it within a month of purchase and we shall refund your money without question or delay.
Unwanted Kitchenware & Gift products
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. All returns are made by courier.
Faulty, broken or damaged goods
If your wine or kitchenware is faulty, or has arrived damaged or broken we can arrange for collection and replacement items.
Mis-picked and missing items
If you have received an item not on your order, or part of your order is missing we will arrange for collection and redelivery if appropriate.
Breakages or shortages must be registered with us within 24 hours of delivery
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. If you have arranged for a credit rather than an exchange or return, your account will be credited within 5 working days of your goods being received by us.
Goods requested to be delivered unsigned for are left at your own risk.
Change or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order please advise us by e-mail to customerservices@adnams.co.uk, or call us on 01502 727222 between 9.00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.
