The Bunch

What is the Bunch?
The Bunch was established in 1985, and Adnams is a founding member. The group consist of six of the leading UK Independent wine merchants and we all follow a code of practice for the benefit of our customers. The group hold an annual press tasting and this is well attended by the most influencial journalists. The members share ideas, information and aim to set industry standards.

The Bunch - Code of Practice
The six leading independent merchants that make up The Bunch are signatories to the Bunch Code of Practice, setting industry standards for customer satisfaction and for the security of customers' paid reserves, whether shipped or lying abroad. The Code is not intended to be an anodyne Customer’s Charter but a rigorous implementation of best achievable practice, to the real benefit of the consumer. The formulation of the Code of Practice is an on-going concern.


The Bunch Guarantee
If you don’t like any wine that you buy from us, for whatever reason, return it within a month of purchase and we shall refund your money without question or delay. This applies to United Kingdom customers only and to overseas customers' orders delivered to a United Kingdom port.
This Guarantee applies to ‘en primeur’ sales in the sense that customers have the right to change their mind within one month of being charged for their order.
