Delivery & Service
Our delivery service is for addresses in mainland Britain.
We currently use Yodel and after listening to our customer feedback, all deliveries will be made using Yodel's proof of delivery service, to ensure a more secure service. This is a fully tracked delivery service including an advisory 2 hour delivery window notification.
Standard delivery is free for orders over £60. Orders under £60 are subject to a £2.99 delivery charge.
Standard delivery takes up to 3-5 working days. Deliveries will be made between 7am and 21:00 Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Next working day delivery is available for a £5.99 delivery charge.
Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Please note: Next Day Delivery is not available for Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards.
Delivery is free for Gift Vouchers, Tour Gift Cards, Make Your Own Gin Gift Cards and Escape to Southwold Gift Cards and are sent via Royal Mail.
Please note: Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards will be sent separately from other items on the same order.
Delivery of your order
Please check all goods before signing for them.
If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write ‘Damaged' clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature and refuse the delivery.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of ordering, please advise us by email at email@example.com, or call us on 01502 727222, 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Cancelling or amending your order
If you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact us as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01502 727222. Please quote your order number and the date the order was placed.
If it is too late for us to cancel or amend your order then please refuse the delivery. Once goods are returned to us we will reprocess the order or refund as appropriate.
A request for a return or replacement must be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Any goods requiring refund or replacement must be returned within 14 days of the request. Once the goods are returned to our warehouse we will refund the cost of the goods within 14 days.
If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods ordered you can return them to your local Adnams Store or courier them back to us at your own expense. Please quote your original order number and date of order. If returning by courier, we recommend you obtain proof of delivery and use a suitable service for the type of item being returned. If we find the goods have not been returned in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the products affected.
Please note: Mini casks and kegs with a best before date of more than two weeks from the date of delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Faulty, damaged, mis-picked and missing goods
If any product is faulty, damaged or missing from your order or you have received the wrong item(s) please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01502 727222, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (excluding Public Bank Holidays).
Faulty, damaged and mis-picked products will be collected by courier at your convenience and a refund or replacement issued within 14 days of receipt of goods into our warehouse. Missing goods will be reprocessed and delivered using our Next Day Delivery service or refunded within 14 days.
